L’Échappée Nature

Our tourist cottage is rated 3 stars.
It is located in the oldest part of the farmhouse, dating from around 1620, and its history is described in our welcome booklet.

Entirely renovated, we offer warm and cosy accommodation (reversible air conditioning, double washbasin bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, etc.) perfectly suited for 2 people.

Situated on the road to Naves, the estate includes landscaped grounds, an olive grove and meadows where horses graze peacefully.
The view from the gîte is astonishing: to the west you can admire the listed village of Naves, to the south the vineyards changing color with the seasons, to the east the village of Les Vans and its church lit up at night…
… And yet you’re just a 10-minute walk from the village of Les Vans and a 10-minute walk from the historic village of Naves: a strategic position that means you can leave your car in the “reserved for guests” parking lot and do everything on foot from l’Echappée Nature: shopping, restaurants, hiking, etc….., via the Vieux Naves trail, winding through vineyards and olive groves (also passable by bike).

People tell us that the calm and serenity of the place are exceptional.

We offer you a lovely, comfortable bedroom of around 20 m2 (with a study area), a living room including kitchen and lounge area (flat-screen TV) and a comfortable bathroom (double basins, XL shower, WC), a library/games area and a secretary to prepare your adventures :). A pretty terrace surrounded by laurel trees awaits you for a moment of relaxation or beautiful summer evenings. A little higher up, a boules pitch will give you the chance to have fun and enjoy the view.

If you’d still like to work in peace and quiet, you’re welcome to use either the round oak table in the bedroom or the round ceramic table in the living room.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels and kitchen essentials are included.

As the gîte is open all year round, it is air-conditioned in summer, and has central heating in winter (solar energy).
The mild winters (average temperature 10°C) and almost daily sunshine make the Ardèche Méridionale a real corner of paradise.

Arrivals and departures are autonomous thanks to a key box. You enter your gîte via a flight of stone steps.

Motorcyclists welcome.

A deposit of 600 euros will be requested before your arrival (not cashed), which we will return 24 hours after your departure and the inventory of fixtures.
