Oil-fired heating, wood (fixed charge). Swimming and fishing in river 500m away. Peaceful, relaxing and beautiful setting. Pets allowed with owner's prior agreement. Free access to tennis court. Swimming pool heated May to September, depending on weather. Fixed charge for heating included in rent (any excess charged extra). Vélo-rail (pedal-driven rail trolley) at Boucieu-le-Roi. Tourist train at Lamastre. 10€ cleaning charge if bring pet.
