A house located in the middle of 13 hectares, surrounded by woods and meadows, ideal for a relaxing stay or for a professional stay which can accommodate 9 people or even 11 people with the sofa bed located on the ground floor. Living room with fireplace + sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a 180cm bed + a 90cm bed, 3 bedrooms with a 140cm bed, 2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor with an Italian shower, one on the first floor with an Italian shower and a whirlpool bathtub), 2 separate toilets, fully equipped kitchen with all the essential electrical appliances and utensils, with a minimum of foodstuffs at your disposal for the start of your stay (oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, herbs, coffee, tea, cocoa, sugar, herbal teas, etc.).
We live on the other side of the road, opposite the house, and are at your disposal for any questions during your stay.
Outside, you will have access through the bay window to a 40m2 covered terrace with garden furniture + deckchairs + electric barbecue + outdoor games, to a covered garage, to a garden. At the end of the garden, there is a park where our 2 biquettes, Pop Corn and Pixel, live. You can give them dry bread which they love. On the property also live our chickens and our 2 mares, Rocket and Gaïa.
