Adjoining owner’s holiday home.
First floor: living room, equipped kitchen area and sitting area, bathroom and separate WC. Access to the 3 bedrooms upstairs via a ladder. 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds) and 1 bedroom with (1 single bed).
Heating by gas stove, 16m² covered terrace on first floor and shaded outdoor terrace on ground floor with barbecue.
Numerous hiking and cycling trails nearby, swimming, tennis, fishing 3 km away.
