The village of Le Fayet exists of old Farm Houses, grouped together in an ‘Hameau’.

Our houses are tastefully renovated while maintaining their authentic style. The kitchens are fully equipped however restaurants are available within 5 to 30 minutes driving. Shopping within 10 minutes in the medieval village of Largentière. Child friendly environment. Pets are welcome. Beautiful pool, Sauna and Hammam for our Fayet guests and wonderful places to swim in the Beaume river 20 mn away.

Living space approx. 55 sq.m (livingroom 30, bedroom 10, galeria 10, bathroom 5 sq.m).
Cosy woodstove, the house is easy to heat, well insolated; fully equiped kitchen area with dishwasher and laundry machine, TV and DVD player.
The jewel of the house is the beautiful terrace, 30 sq.m, with a direct view at the rich nature of the Southern Ardèche.
Approx. 300 sq.m of terraced garden – directly connected to the house, beyond some old fruit trees are fully at your proposal.
Just behind the house a spring with quality drinking water catches your eye and your ears.
It starts a little stream passing through your garden into the direction of the Blajoux river down in the valley.
