Facing the Vercors and the Rhône, the gîte, on the ground floor of a bastide of character, is situated on the Ardèche hillsides 15 minutes from Valence, in a quiet area. You will have access to the swimming pool, 11x5m and the wooded park of 5000 m2.
Gîte for 2 persons on the ground floor of the house, independent entrance, private terrace, garden, access to the swimming pool, closed parking.
The gîte consists of a living room with kitchenette and shower room and a living room with sofa.
Numerous hiking trails allow the practice of walking, mountain biking, horseback riding and Nordic walking on the banks of the Rhone. Squash and badminton facilities in the village. Close to many tourist sites in Ardèche and Drôme
