Ground floor: entrance hall, separate covered terrace, large living room (air conditioning) with open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed) (2 single beds), shower room, WC, storeroom. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed) (2 single beds), shower room/WC. Full set of baby equipment. Hiking trails on the doorstep, dolmens, limestone cliffs, river 3km. Shops 3km. Owners happy to advise on places to visit when exploring this lovely region with its many cultural & sports activities and rich heritage (Caverne du Pont d'Arc, etc.). Owner is wine-grower, willing to show interested visitors how vines are cultivated and wine is made. Ideal location for a memorable holiday with family or friends, relaxing and having fun in the swimming pool with its massage jets (relaxation, well-being).
