Located on the first floor of his house, it is adjoining the l’Oie Blanche gîte and arranged on one level as follows: access by a staircase the entrance is through the bay window which opens onto the living room kitchen / living room/lounge, 2 bedrooms (160×200) (2x90x190x), shower room, separate wc. Private terrace. The car park, the enclosed grounds and the garden are shared with the 2nd gite.
