At the heart of the southern Ardeche, in an authentic setting, we welcome you all year in our houses of charm and character. Swimming pool, petanque, greenbelts.

The village of Le Fayet is made of old Farm Houses, grouped together in an hamlet.

Our houses are tastefully renovated while maintaining their authentic style. The kitchens are fully equipped however restaurants are available within 5 to 30 minutes driving. Shopping within 10 minutes in the medieval village of Largentière. Child friendly environment. Pets are welcome. Beautiful pool, Sauna and Hammam for our Fayet guests and wonderful places to swim in the Beaume river 20 mn away.
Authentic Farm House from the beginning of the 18th century:
– For 2 up to 6/7 person (130 m2).
– Your pets are welcome
– swimming-pool in common with our guests
– two terraces and private garden.

Livingroom with a wood burning stove,canapé and French TV.

The kitchen area with large fridge and dishwasher is equipped completely for the ‘cuisinier’.

Shower and toilet.

On the first floor you’ll find two bedrooms with each a double bed (150 x 200cms).
One bedroom leads to a roof-terrace overlooking the hills and the Rhône valley.
On the second floor you’ll find a large bedroom with two double beds (150 x 200cms) and a sink and toilet.

Access to laundry machine in the basement.
Private parking in the middle of the village under the cherry trees.
Barbecue. Pool in commun for our guests.
