Close to the centre of the village of Lavilledieu, a retired winegrowing family welcomes you to their newly restored gîte adjoining their stone property. Neatly decorated.
Private access to the gîte with private covered terrace. Living room with fireplace, Montfleury bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), Les Carrières bedroom (1 double bed), fitted kitchen, bathroom, wc. BB equipment available on request (cot, high chair, etc.). Oil-fired central heating included. Unenclosed garden at the back of the gîte. On request, the owner can arrange a free visit to the vineyards of the Coteaux de l'Ardèche, with wine tasting at the Montfleury cellar.
