The “Voltour” house is located in Vals‑les‑Bains, in a residential neighbourhood close to all shops and services. You are just 5 minutes from Aubenas and its shopping area, and also near the Vals‑les‑Bains thermal baths, renowned for their treatments.

The apartment features reversible air conditioning and a ground‑level terrace with a pergola and chairs offering views of the Ardèche mountains. A private, enclosed 200 m² garden is available for your use, with a large parasol and outdoor furniture.

Inside, you will find two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed and another with two 90 cm single beds.
Two private bathrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge‑freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and vacuum cleaner. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available.
Bed linen and towels are included. For stays longer than two weeks, linen is refreshed mid‑stay.

Free Internet access.
Pets accepted upon request.

Hiking trails start directly from the house. The river is a 10‑minute walk away. The Caverne du Pont d’Arc is a 45‑minute drive. Aubenas and Vals offer night markets on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, as well as traditional markets on Saturdays and Sundays.
