Lydia and Frédéric will welcome you warmly on their property where you will have an independent house without any vis-à-vis. The Drôme des Collines is rich in heritage and local products. In the middle of the countryside, you will be 4 km from the center of Hauterives, which houses the famous Palais du Facteur Cheval. Many hiking or mountain biking are possible from the cottage. Romans sur Isère with its International Shoe Museum and Marque Avenue is 30 km away, as is the medieval town of Saint-Antoine l'Abbaye – ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. For gourmets, there are many private cellars producing prestigious Crozes-Hermitage wines such as Chapoutier or Jaboulet. For the youngest, the discovery of the Cité du Chocolat (Valrhona) in Tain l'Hermitage (30 kms) is a must. The cottage is ideally located 1 hour from Grenoble, 1 hour 15 minutes from Lyon, 40 minutes from Valence TGV station.

On the ground floor, entrance through the living room: dining area and lounge area (sofa, TV), wood stove, fitted kitchen open to the room, shower room/wc (shower cubicle, washbasin).
