Nestled between the majestic Gerbier de Jonc and the iconic Vallon Pont d’Arc, our cottage offers a privileged location to explore the region.Enjoy your stay without the hassle of traffic jams: arrivals and departures are on Sundays from June to the end of August, with the added benefit of a secure key box for flexible access. Upon arrival, you'll be enchanted by the charming and spacious entrance leading to the bathroom, living room, and mezzanine with two single beds. The living room features a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a cozy seating area. A small hallway leads to the separate toilet and laundry area. Upstairs, a large master bedroom with dressing room promises peaceful nights.In the fridge, you'll find a welcome gift from the Ardèche region, either wine or local charcuterie. To fully enjoy the surrounding natural environment, the living room opens onto a large covered terrace offering breathtaking mountain views.Outside, a large 10x5m pool, just for you, located below the house, invites you to cool off and relax. A barbecue is also available for convivial outdoor meals.For your convenience, we offer satellite internet connection with Wifi and cable of approximately 150 Mbps, a smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker. Your location is all inclusive : Additionally, bed linens, towels, and cleaning are included in the rental rate. You can enjoy hiking and biking trails less than a kilometer away from the cottage. We offer secure storage facilities for your bicycles and car accessories (roof box, bike rack), as well as a bike repair stand.
