Un p'tit coin d'Ardèche

Un p'tit coin d'Ardèche is an estate consisting of a house, a self-catering cottage, a permaculture vegetable garden and 4 hectares of forest.

It comprises a first floor with a large fully-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom (linen provided) with water closet and a 30 m² living room with a 2-seater sofa bed if required.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190, a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 + 2 single beds (linen provided from 2 nights) and a dry toilet.
Outside: a large terrace on the first floor (access via a bedroom), a courtyard with solarium, covered pergola and barbecue.
Compost bin for your green waste and management (sorting) of other waste, 100% natural homemade hygiene and cleaning products (which we make available free of charge, but without obligation; you can also bring your own products).
Wood heating (pellet stove) in winter, wood wool insulation in summer.

Close to the gîte, a permaculture vegetable garden for 100% natural vegetable baskets (a basket is offered on arrival), according to season and production. And why not harvest what you put on your plate yourself?

Swimming 15 minutes away. Towns (gas stations, shops, markets) 20 minutes away.
