In the heart of Vals-les-Bains, just a stone's throw from the river, this unusual 70 m2 dwelling, built right into the rock, is a haven of peace, highly recommended for those in search of space and a change of scenery in an atmosphere of the past century. The entrance opens onto a spacious, light-filled living room, ideal for reading, stretching exercises, yoga… There's no need to leave the house to enjoy the atmosphere and views as soon as you wake up: just open the windows. The 15 m² bedroom has a 140 cm bed. An extra bed can be added behind an old castle door. There is an adjoining bathroom with bath and toilet.
GOOD TO KNOW: 1) The carpets have been carefully selected for easy cleaning. They are anti-dust mite / anti-allergic. 2) Despite its size, this accommodation requires very little maintenance.
Conditions: 50% deposit on booking / deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay.
