Three covered terraces (one serving as a furnished summer dining room, the other as a shelter for the table tennis table and table football, and the third as a solarium). Large tiled deck on either side of the pool with furniture.
Private, secure 12m x 5m swimming pool, heated by heat pump from April to October, and covered so you can swim in any weather with the pool cover open or closed (in case of wind or rain). The pool is maintained. Beach towels are provided.
The pool enclosure can be completely removed on request.
Panoramic view over the town of Aubenas and the valley through which the River Ardèche flows.
Private parking for 3 cars. Private barbecue.
Bread and pizza oven available on request.
