Christophe Mezzasoma – cutlery forger
Enter the world of Christophe, blacksmith and knifemaker, and discover his range of knives made on site in his workshop from materials such as wood, stone and bone. He also organises courses in his workshop.
He has been forging carbon steel and stainless steel tools and in-house blades since 1984. Passionate about cooking, he enjoys making knives of all sizes and traditions in cooperation with users. A wide choice of materials and colours to order.
Friendly, technical courses tailored to individual needs. Training costs can be covered.
