Frantz Christine, plasticienne
Christine is a visual artist and the author of several works, as well as making short video films. Her latest is "Dis Pierre, l'âne se promène-t-il à travers le monde", produced by the Arnica association in 2011. Silver photography, writing, video.
Here's the synopsis of Christine's latest creation: "Pierre lives in the mountains; I propose a portrait made up of variations, of tableaux, around and with him. The sound has been particularly worked on and emphasised. The atmosphere lent itself to it, but I wanted to avoid the picturesque. It's through our friendship that the project has developed; it's the approach, the human relationship that I wanted to retain, the poetry too. With Pierre, I'm also talking about old age, time and time in space.
