Unleash your inner winemaker in our fun, collaborative "Battle Assemblage" workshop. After an introduction to the art of blending, compose your own cuvée as a team, refine it, then submit it to a collective tasting. Three tries to find the right balance, a blind tasting and a collective vote will elect the best wine of the day. This activity combines games, discovery and wine-making know-how, with a variety of themes, local products and a reward for the winning team. Ideal for wine team-building.
