Montagut Museum

The Montagut Museum offers a narrative, illustrated and documented tour that highlights the industrial history of the village of Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut and its surroundings, particularly the history of silk-throwing mills.

The museum also recounts the epic story of the family brand Maison Montagut (a French company specialising in fine knitwear since 1880). The museum opens onto a Maison Montagut shop, which showcases the Montagut brand's ready-to-wear collections for men, women and Fil Lumière® (the brand's iconic product).
