The spa resort of St Laurent les Bains is just 5 km away, via a small bucolic road. For any stay of 3 consecutive weeks – 10% on the rental price.
In the heart of the preserved landscapes of the Parc des Monts d’Ardèche in the mid-mountains, it is a quiet place, ideal for slowing down and relaxing. But also to recharge their batteries, lovers of hiking, mountain biking and nature sports will be able to explore a diversity of still wild places. Paths and trails starting from the gîte will take you through moors and forest to the river, or to the nearby Abbey of Notre Dame des Neiges.
Arrival by train is at La Bastide-Puylaurent, a village 20 minutes away. Lakes, listed villages, outdoor activities, inns, restaurants, markets, shops quickly accessible.
The owners live next door, Marie and Laurent welcome you for all-charges included stays with underfloor heating, beds made on arrival, linen provided (spare linen available).
Furnished with ecological materials, this old farmhouse provides pleasant freshness in summer with its thick stone walls, includes a living room with lounge area and a fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 low mezzanine with 2 single beds (modular) with access via a Japanese staircase (not recommended for toddlers and disabled people), a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.

Parking at the entrance to the gîte on the hamlet square.

A 2nd gîte can be rented for a stay with family or friends (for 8 people in total) with provision of a large independent room with equipped kitchen.
