Our two adjoining cottages, bathed in light and tranquillity, reinvent harmony: convivial meals under the arbour, cosy bedrooms offering privacy, the magic of swimming under the stars in the state-of-the-art jacuzzi (2023). From the recently built swimming pool (2023, heated since May 2026) to the shaded terraces, every detail has been designed for your simple pleasures in mind.

Perched on the heights of the valley, nestled in the Ardèche forest, our two adjoining cottages welcome you for a rejuvenating getaway. This 2,000 m² estate, with its breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape, is much more than just accommodation: it is an invitation to relax and share.
Two cottages combining privacy and conviviality:
These two adjoining dwellings have been designed to offer everyone their own space while encouraging moments together. Ideal for holidays with several families, friends or a multigenerational group:
– The Manon cottage, which can accommodate up to 7 people, reveals its authentic charm. On the ground floor, a master bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a children’s bedroom with two 90 cm beds welcome the first sleepers. Upstairs, there is a spacious master suite with a 140 cm bed, bathtub, washbasin and cot, while the mezzanine offers a 90 cm sofa bed.
– The Romane gîte, which can accommodate up to 6 people, charms travellers with its warm atmosphere. The ground floor has a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room. Upstairs, under the exposed beams, a bedroom under the eaves with a 140 cm bed invites you to rest.
– Both holiday cottages are equipped with fibre-optic Wi-Fi and a smart TV.
An outdoor space dedicated to well-being:
The fully private outdoor area is the real heart of your stay. The heated 7×4 metre swimming pool, with its travertine floor, is secured by a barrier all around.
A few steps away, the latest generation jacuzzi for 5 people promises moments of pure relaxation.
The large shaded terrace, with its table for 12 guests, is the perfect place for convivial meals.
A pétanque court completes this exceptional outdoor space.
A privileged location:
Just 9 km away, the charming village of Vernoux-en-Vivarais welcomes you with all the shops you need: bakery, butcher, tobacconist, newsagent, chemist and Intermarché supermarket. Don’t miss its colourful market on Thursday mornings! Nature lovers will enjoy the many activities in the surrounding area: hiking, canoeing and kayaking 20 minutes away, or even tree climbing.
Notes:
– If available 7 days before the arrival date: 10% discount on the rental price.
– Proof of ‘personal liability’ insurance including ‘holiday liability’ cover is mandatory. This covers you for any damage you may cause to the gîte during your stay. Without this proof, a deposit (bank card imprint) of €2,000 will be required.
